LunchPick provides nearby restaurant recommendations based on the food type, price range, and walkable distance you select. Recommendations are suggestions only and are provided for informational purposes.

You may be required to create an account to save preferences, history, and favourites across devices.

2. Recommendations Are Not Endorsements

Restaurant information (including ratings, prices, and distances) is provided by third-party data sources such as Google Places and may not always be accurate or current. LunchPick does not endorse any restaurant, and you are solely responsible for your dining decisions. Always verify details such as hours, menu, and availability with the restaurant directly.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its underlying code, design, and branding are owned by Codeduku.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App or its content without prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or commercial purposes without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App without prior written consent.
• Misuse your account or interfere with the operation of the App or its services.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that recommendations will be error-free, accurate, or that the App will be continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeduku shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to reliance on recommendations, data loss, or any indirect damages.
